Terms of use for visitors

The Wiggly Directory is run by Wiggly Education to help parents, teachers and therapists find services and resources for children. By using this website, you agree to the following.

No endorsement. Businesses, practitioners, products, services and events listed in the directory are not necessarily endorsed, recommended or checked by Wiggly Education. A listing only means the business asked to be included and met our basic listing terms.
Paid advertisements. Listings marked "Diamond" are paid Diamond advertisements, shown under Featured advertisements. Their position on the site is paid for and does not reflect quality or a recommendation.
Information is supplied by the business. Each business provides its own details, descriptions, photos and prices. We review listings before publishing, but we cannot guarantee that information is complete, accurate or current.
Check before you use a service. You are responsible for checking a business before you use it. For health practitioners, confirm their registration on the HPCSA iRegister. Ask about qualifications, experience, fees and cancellation policies.
Agreements are between you and the business. Bookings, purchases, payments, refunds and disputes are between you and the business. Wiggly Education is not a party to them and is not responsible for any service, product, price, delivery or conduct of a listed business.
Not professional advice. Nothing on this website is medical, therapeutic, psychological or educational advice. It does not replace an assessment by a qualified professional.
Links to other websites. Links to websites, social media pages and WhatsApp take you to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, Wiggly Education is not liable for any loss or harm that results from using this directory or any listed business.
Your privacy. We do not ask visitors to create an account. If you email us, we use your details only to respond to you.
Reporting a listing. If a listing is wrong, misleading or inappropriate, please email wigglyeducation@gmail.com. We will review it and may update or remove it.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

Listing terms for businesses

By submitting a listing to the Wiggly Education Business Resource Directory, the business or practitioner agrees to the following terms.

Accuracy. You confirm that all information you submit is true, complete and up to date, and you will tell us when anything changes.
Compliance. You are responsible for making sure your listing complies with the law and with the rules of any professional or regulatory body you belong to. HPCSA-registered practitioners must also follow the HPCSA section of the listing guidelines.
Approval and editing. Wiggly Education reviews every submission. We may edit a listing for length, clarity or compliance, ask for changes, decline it, or remove it at any time.
No endorsement. A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement by Wiggly Education. Visitors are told to do their own checks.
Paid advertising. Diamond listings are paid advertisements. They are labelled "Diamond", shown under Featured advertisements on the directory and featured once a month on the Wiggly Education Facebook and Instagram pages. Payment buys placement and promotion only, not approval or endorsement.
Fees. Listings are annual subscriptions: Platinum R250 per year and Diamond R500 per year. Fees are paid in advance, and a listing is placed only once proof of payment has been received. Fees are not refundable once the listing is published. No fee is charged or paid per referral, enquiry or client. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Your dealings with clients. Bookings, sales, payments and disputes are between you and your clients. Wiggly Education is not a party to them and is not liable for your services, products, prices or conduct.
Content rights. You own, or have permission to use, every logo, photo and text you supply, and you have written consent for any child shown. You allow Wiggly Education to publish this content on the directory and on its social media.
Personal information (POPIA). You agree that the details you submit for publication may be published publicly and used to manage your listing. Contact person details are used only to manage your listing and are not published.
Indemnity. You indemnify Wiggly Education against any claim that arises from your listing, your content or your services and products.
Annual renewal. Listings run for 12 months from publication. We will contact you before renewal. A listing that is not renewed will be removed.
Removal. You may ask for your listing to be removed at any time by emailing wigglyeducation@gmail.com. Fees already paid are not refunded.
Changes to these terms. Wiggly Education may update these terms. The current version is always on the directory's Terms page.
